Reactive Networking, LLC. Announces Management change

Reactive Networking, LLC. Today announces that Dr. William J. Burns, will step down as Senior Partner.

Palm Bay, FL. (December 30, 2005) -- Reactive Networking, LLC., Florida’s premier Computer Forensic Partnership. Announces that Dr. William J. Burns will step down as Senior Partner in this Limited Liability Corporation effective at the close of Business on December 31, 2005.

Dr. Burns, who was our first Senior Partner, took the firm’s Senior Partner position upon its being spun off from Reactive Networking, Inc. His academic credentials and broad knowledge in the field of Computer Forensics brought immediate success and industry acknowledgement to the firm.

Dr, Burns will not be completely retiring. He will be assuming Emeritus status within the firm and will, at his pleasure, continue to take on cases. With his newfound time and freedom, Dr. Burns hopes to find cases that challenge his academic interests. He intends to continue publishing articles of interest to students of Computer Forensic Analysis.

In addition to Dr. Burns’ retirement, Mr. Michael Peter, currently a Partner, the Director of Marketing and our Senior Computer Forensic Examiner here at Reactive Networking, LLC, will become our Senior Partner. Mr. Peter, currently a resident of Central Florida will begin his duties immediately.
