Reactive Networking, Inc. spins off Computer Forensic Division

Reactive Networking, Inc. today spun off their Computer Forensic Division as Reactive Networking, LLC

Plano, TX (June 27, 2001) -- Reactive Networking, Inc., an innovative provider of network security and traffic monitoring products, today announced that they were spinning off their Computer Forensic Division. The new company will be called Reactive Networking, LLC. Dr. William Burns, the current Director of the Division will take over as Senior Partner in this Limited Liability Corporation.

The new firm will continue close ties to Reactive Networking, Inc. and will remain closely held by the current principals.

In addition to Dr. Burns, Michael Peter, currently the Director of Marketing and a Computer Forensic Examiner at Reactive Networking, Inc. will become a Partner of the new company. Mr. Peter, currently a resident of Central Florida will begin to set up the new operation in Central Florida, where he will be joined by Dr. Burns shortly. The new Computer Forensic Examination company will be based out of Florida and will concentrate on computer forensic services to corporations and the legal community.
