Dr. William J. Burns, Ph. D. appointed Director of Training and Documentation Services

Dallas Texas: Reactive Networking, Inc., (RNI), announces that Dr. William J. Burns, Ph. D. has been appointed Director of their Forensic and product Training and Documentation Services, effective January 1, 2001. Dr. Burns' wide ranging duties will include development of all Computer Forensic training for employees wishing to become Computer Forensic Examiners RNCFE, and Certified Computer Forensic Examiners RNCCFE. He will continue to create product manuals and on-line documentation. Dr Burns will also continue to oversee the Certified Reactive Networking Engineer, (CRNE) and the Certified Reactive Networking Administrator (CRNA) Product Certification programs. He will also be a co-chair of the company's Quality Assurance Committee

Dr. Burns has extensive experience as a senior network security course creator and trainer for several firms, including Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd., where he was a senior trainer and course creator. He has a Ph. D. in Computer Science Education from the University of Maryland. He has been training students at various Colleges and Universities in Computer related subjects since 1974

Through their Professional Services Division, they install, maintain and troubleshoot mission critical installations. Through their Training Division, they will train and qualify their client's employees to support their own server farms.
